OTHER INFORMATION: (#d6922b) Gou is still learning much about the world and himself - he's quite unsure about mostly everything. Likes high up places, such as Kon's shoulder. After an overwhelming defeat against a wild Vulpix (he knows that he should treat Rou as different from that Vulpix, but he gets a little tense around her), he gains a burning desire to become stronger, and fast. He does not want to be put in that situation again. He does like Arthur and wants to do well for him, especially with the number of times that he made sure that he was out of harm's way. It only fuels him to get stronger faster so that he could do the protecting instead of the other way around. Evolved into Monferno after "stealing a kill" from Kanya. Currently lost in the Everworld after a swarm of Kartana got to him.

OTHER INFORMATION: (#d4482a) A shadow of the Vulpix that attacked Arthur and Gou - she's a bit snooty and has a habit of flipping her bangs to the side of her head. Arthur has purchased a pet-sized clip to keep it away from her face because she absolutely refuses to trim it. She doesn't remember anything about fighting and being captured, but acknowledges that it happened all the same. Feels a little weird about herself ever since she saw Josh Devlin 's Alolan Vulpix.

OTHER INFORMATION: (#3db83d) By nature of being a cat, will sometimes use the "nya-" prefix. Talkative and a huge complainer, but is thankful to be by a trainer's side compared to the weirdness of Beta Island. Doesn't like Gou and calls him "stupid fire monkey". When he curses, it's very childlike and usually uses substitutions. He also seems to have some idea of how the game works, so he is not as clueless as some of Arthur's other Pokemon. Because he's feeling things shift in the world, he wants to get stronger fast so that he could not only protect himself, but wallop any dangers that they may come across. Evolved after training and finding that it is better to work together with friends than to mistrust and be alone. Temporarily evolved in the Tower Challenge. With Gou in the Everworld, Kanya has become kind of a Pokemon that Arthur leans on. Kanya has mixed feelings about this, and also misses his sparring partner. Always want to be seen as "strong enough".

Buru feels like she has outgrown it, and Hie now feels rather dejected and wants to evolve so that he could keep pace (at least, that's what it looks like to Arthur. He still can't talk).
