Route 7: Drowned Harbor
SPAWNS & PROMPTS Beyond the flooded Ostellia coastline is a graveyard of industry. Sunken vessels and shipyards weave a tangled labyrinth of steel and crumbling concrete through deep blue waters. Most of the wrecks are stacked in great rusted towers, which poke out of the bay like the eyes of submerged predators.
