Lucky found that there just wasn't anything to be found on the surface. After trying to figure out why, he came to a simple conclusion-He was right beside the High Tide shrine. All he needed to go to find the spicy action was to go further-further down, further in and further away from that blasted monument to the Splashfather. Down he went, down and down and down further still...

At some point, it felt as if he shouldn't have been able to swim down this far. A glance upward confirmed it-he had gone into a hole of some kind. Wild, he would exclaim, had it not been for the fact that he was on borrowed time underwater.

So he swam further down still. Omen guided the way, and Ammit came out to act as an anchor to sink further down at faster rates. Soon he would reach the bottom, and what a beautiful end it was.

Lucky didn't know what the hell this little dynamite was made of besides steel, but he had no intention of taking the power it had lying down. As he returned the fainted Decidueye to his ball, Ammit came next, charging forth through the water. His broken hands dragged the coffin along the bottom of the sea as any monster would to catch up to their victim.

The Klink was surprisingly quick. He'd adapted to a life in water, using the turn of his gears as a motor to move freely in the water like a propeller boat would. Without the rest of the boat to have to push, this made him quite a difficult little creature to catch up to. Yet while he was made of steel and did not tire, iron in the sea still had its' faults. On the other hand, a ghost did not relent. He continued his charge endlessly, waiting for the moment that Klink would only slip up once. He already had almost grabbed him tightly a few times now, and it was only a matter of time.

Die, DIE! Return to rust and be DESTROYED! Fall to the annuls of weather and time! Begone, foul creature--

The angry Cofagrigus was interrupted by a rather forceful knock on his shell. Ammit had to up and turn around his whole body just to see that Lucky had come a knocking-A coffin was hardly flexible, after all. Ammit had begun resorting to other tactics, like blatantly banging the Klink on a rock to try and knock it out with sheer brute force. That wasn't very dignified of him.

It also wasn't the goal. Lucky reminded Ammit that they were trying to catch this Klink, not to kill him! Ammit stopped what he was doing right then, instead lowering the battered pile of metal to Lucky's eye-level to look over. Lucky thought the poor guy has had enough for now. He offered the Pokéball to the Klink as an escape from the tormentor named Ammit.

Now the Klink openly refused. It would not go into the ball. It had stopped practicing the art of denial and had instead started going into bargaining. It did not want to get into the ball, so surely anything else would work. It would just sit here instead of being caught, he would give the XP as if he lost, or maybe he'd help find a berry for Lucky Guy-

"Bang him on the rock again."

WHAT WONDERFUL FATE THIS IS!

The Cofagrigus indeed banged the Klink on the rock again. The poor rock was getting cracked enough that Lucky swore he could see a future mining update in UNOVR's future. They'd done it before in the platinum era, hadn't they..?

He offers the ball to Klink again. It was time to go onto the ball. Lucky would start pleading, but he was unable to in the water.
