Walking through a dense foliage, passing by thick shrubs full of berries that she could not eat, Yuya held out her hand and closed her eyes just to feel it all, to take it all in. It even smelled like a forest. Or at least like what she thought she remembered a forest smelling like. Dark green, moist, almost mouldy... yet somehow beautiful and rejuvenating. A small smile played across her lips as she heard tiny steps of her partner pokemon following her wherever she went. "Do you like this place, Midori? I think it's simply wonderfull." She received an agreeing grunt in response. Honya assumed that most other players wished they could take their critters out into their own world. She wanted the opposite, she longed for this place... to stay here. She felt so tuned into it in fact, that registered the rustling grass nearly as quickly as did her pokemon.

Oh no, it looks so weak! And it got poisoned in the previous round! Yuya hesitates and then throws a Poke Ball... she doesn't want to hurt the critter any more, but there's simply no other way. Petilil breaks free and attacks again, hitting Midori. Despite the struggle, her bulbasaur is the clear winner of this fight... "Midori, use Vine Whip, but gently!" A grass type move shouldn't do as much damage to a grass type pokemon, but it's likely to knock it out regardless. The girl trainer is prepared for this and holds out another red and white sphere in her hand. Still, it's good to see that training brought expected results and that it happened so quickly. Surely training multiple pokemon will be much slower, but perhaps... it's a time to explore new areas? Yet Yuya knew, that the type of pokemon she'd be most interested in could be found in this particular region. She mostly cared about grass and bug types, with a few notable exceptions.
