[ti]private[/ti] Hung up on a Call to Adventure

A dilapidated office building, and with it, the prevalent buzz of broken fluorescent lights that seems to be as if synonymous of workplaces neglected by their administrative branch. Except that broken fluorescent lights have never been this loud.

Muin had heard it from a distance, blocks away and faint at first, but in approaching the sound had grown louder and louder, and he had soon realised that while half of it was indeed electrical, the other half is wholly insectile — the displacement of air with the rapid flutter of the wings of a mosquito of gargantuan size. Buzzwole.

How ironic. The Sun and Moon generation of the Pokémon franchise had had a cozy feeling to it, and for it Percy had greatly enjoyed playing Pokémon Moon (also partly because they introduced his favourite starter Pokémon, Rowlet), but through the coziness of it all, Pokémon Moon had greatly failed at conveying to him just how horrifying Ultra Beasts are supposed to be.

Now, watching this group of enormous Buzzwole approach the building while the sparking live wires of a handful of Xurkitree wrap around it, Muin feels that spine-chilling dread, and there's only a single thought crossing his mind at that moment.

"Absolutely not. I don't play this game to do stupid and reckless things like these."

Resolute, he turns, ready to step away from the scene.

A pop up stops him almost immediately.
