REMINDERS WHILE BATTLING

• Pokemon attacks always hit on UNOVR
• That said, try not to powerplay! Try to let your opponent decide how they get hit instead of assuming you smash their cute Meowth in the face. It's better to say you attempted to smash the cute Meowth in the face.
• Battling hurts— It's not just numbers! When you lose -10 HP from making an attack, try to write how the strain or difficult circumstances impacted your Pokemon. Same goes for getting hit! You don't have to go overboard, but try not to ignore damage.
• In the case of Special Abilities like Recoil or Dodge, the effect applies to all damage you take in the post where you use it— even if you technically use the Special Ability after the damage from your opponent hits. This is for simplicity's sake.

Each Battle Prompt from the list below is worth 1 Arena Point! You may use 1 prompt per Pokemon battling in your post (Single Battle = 1 prompt, Triple Battle = 3 prompts). You may not repeat prompts.
