EXAMPLE (FREEFORM)

BATTLEFIELD: The battle takes place inside a priceless art gallery. Billion-dollar works hang on the wall in a colorful display. Everything else is featureless white and slippery: your Pokemon will have a difficult time finding traction on the slick floors, and sound attacks will be unusually potent in this closed, echo-y space.

RULES: Single Battle, 3v3, I'll start the battle on my post.

ADDITIONAL: As paintings are destroyed by attacks, Art Gallery security will begin to flood the room, attempting to arrest the offending Pokemon. These NPCs cannot be injured and must be evaded at all costs!

REMINDERS WHILE BATTLING

• Pokemon attacks always hit on UNOVR
• That said, try not to powerplay! Try to let your opponent decide how they get hit instead of assuming you smash their cute Meowth in the face. It's better to say you attempted to smash the cute Meowth in the face.
• Battling hurts! Try to be conscious of strain, injury, feeling tired as the battle goes on, etc. You don't have to go overboard, but try not to ignore damage entirely.
• You may resolve the battle however you see fit— flip a coin, have a poll, or just decide mutually together.

Each Battle Prompt from the list below is worth 1 Arena Point! You may use 1 prompt per Pokemon battling in your post (Single Battle = 1 prompt, Triple Battle = 3 prompts). You may not repeat prompts.
