[ti]open[/ti]002: Snak Pak Delivery

She ignores the first tutorial quest as soon as she sees it, taking a deep breath as she pops her head right back into the laboratory and searches for Professor Ash once more. This time, she doesn't come out with a new pokemon, but rather a sealed package with the recipients name and address neatly labelled on a sticker.

"What's that, Athy?"

Kaleo's steps are loud and clumsy compared to most other pokemon, his little claws click clacking over any uneven surfaces and pebbles on the road. And after watching him for a bit, she starts to realise that it's only because he seems to be struggling to keep pace with her. Stubby legs, reptilian features - Given how he doesn't quite skitter over the ground like any old lizard or the like, he's stuck in an awkward hop and gallop that only gets worse when the weight of the bulb on his back starts swaying with momentum.

"It's something we're meant to give someone."

Her strides grow shorter, her sense of urgency forcefully diluted in favour of providing the little Bulbasaur breathing space.

"Oh! Snaks? I want sum!"

There is a moment of silence that falls upon them, one quickly filled by the jiggly motions of an impatient Kaleo.

"Did you mean snakes or snacks?"

"Wudda hecc! You said da same thing twice, Athy!"
