Since our Beta launch we've been hard at work adding, tweaking, and fixing. Patch 0.2 is all about quality of life improvements and getting the site running as smooth as Silcoon. You can check it out here!

Patch 0.1 is here, and with it, the opening of Beta Island! This glorious, sunlit isle is just a hop, skip and a shipwreck away from the Asper mainland, and is full of lush, untextured jungle, buggy beaches, and Pokemon that run according to their programming.

Then your boat thingy got lost, you had some ventures and now everyone is strong and looking for a fox." "You do get it." Orion would nod. "Why do you need a fox?" Hades walking alongside his master while Vulcan continued to play scarf to the fighter despite how hot it was making him. Any and all trace of the serene and introspective tranquility was gone now. Instead there was an idle thrum of life, as if the three of them walking through was stirring the metaphorical pot. Part of Orion missed the serenity, but part of him relished the break from his own mind. "Either way, keep your eyes peeled." "On it!" "K."

"NUH UH, MY FRIEND WAS A SCAREDY CAT AND I ALWAYS HAD TO SAVE HIM LIKE RIGHT NOW!" Hades scowled indignantly before cracking his neck, and rising up. "Fuck you dude, I'm not like that anymore!" The two dashed forward, smashing into eachother like two trains traveling on the same track and some kid in fourth grade failed to work out how long it would take them to collide. It was all teeth and claws, something feral and primal. Orion could imagine some metal gear rising revengence music playing in the backround as the two traded blow for blow, bit for bite to show who truly was the one who saved the other. "Kinda fucked up huh." Vulcan mused from a distance. "A little bit, when shit gets feral I feel guilty making the boys fight, but this seems uh...personal."

The once timid mon had taken to some of his master's ferocity with a level of power unlike anything anyone had ever seen. The once scared flame weasel that would hide behind Orion's leg charged forward and tackled his once friend pulling him into the air and slamming him into the ash letting loose a cloud of dust in the air, obscuring anyone else's view of the fight. Orion felt a twinge of guilt, this was simply a slaughter all things considered. Hades had been around the block, thrown hands with the best of them, and truly faced down some of the worst this game had to offer. Yet he'd never seen such...anger from the weasel before. Perhaps it was the words of his friend, a reminder of a pokemon he used to be? Orion had little time to ponder this thought as when the dust cleared Hades had left his friend throttled on the ground in what could only be described as a yamcha pose. "Can we move on?" Hades would ask, a mix of emotions playing across his face as he waddled back over to the group. Orion would pause for a moment, patting the mon on the head. "You ok?" "I will be once we get moving." "You sure?" "Yeah." Orion would pause before scooping a pokeball from his pocket and giving an idle toss towards the fainted cyndiquil, much to the surprise of both the other mon present. "Wha-" "Why?" "I see some potential in him, dude can take an ass kicking."
