Chu-e had a problem. A huge, giant, annoying problem.

Laying in his bed, lights off, just the glow of his phone screen. Curled around a pillow on his side, teeth digging into the edge as he scrolled through the feed of "inari".

He groaned in frustration when another picture of the guy popped up, doing some bar trick while half naked. What the fuck? What was all this? Inari was supposed to be some nerd! Some nerd who he could bully!

But no! This wasn't fair!

"He's out of my league!" Chu-e cried, tossing his phone dejectedly onto his blanket. He simmered about this for approximately three seconds before snatching his phone back up and scrolling further along the other's profile.

Now on his back, Chu-e beamed these images directly into his cornea. He went to scroll down- and liked a picture by accident. From like a year ago!

"Shit!" Fumbling, Chu-e ended up dropping his phone on his face. "Ack!" Clapping his hands over his nose, Chu-e rolled over and waited for the pain to go away. This left his phone unguarded.

Sprinkles, who had been doing her best to deal with her owner's moaning and flopping, adjusted herself on top of the phone. Kitty claws kneaded into the blanket before she plopped down to form a bread loaf, half on top of Chu-e phone.

She was sending Inari a message.
