Come here to claim any prizes won in Codie's Arcade!
Once per day, you (OOC) may post in any of the current Arcade Game megathreads with the character of your choice. When you post, roleplay your character playing the game and roll 1d10 in the thread. If your number matches the number listed at the beginning of that thread, you win a loot crate!
Post IC in this thread cashing in your prize ticket! Either C0D13 or System Admin will roll for your loot when time allows (by the end of the event, at the latest!) Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

#s://i~imgur~com/XZEjIMt~png Booth Bethany was genuinely adorable. Their blue hair almost reminded them of their hair in-game. For a moment, Abigaelle debated on dying her hair blue but decided against it. She did kind of like her current hair.
But maybe she should get a wig. Having an outfit to look like her game self was a cute idea.
She waited patiently in line, checking the time on her phone now and then to make sure she wasn't running late. She had so many places to be later, and even though her work hours had wrapped up, she couldn't help but want to check in on everything, make sure the event was flowing smoothly, and all that. Finding a healthy work/life balance in the middle of the most exciting period of her life was going to be impossible.
Lost in thought, she didn't even realize she was up next at the booth for a moment. "Oh!" Abigaelle suddenly replied, grinning almost shyly as she reached up to place her ticket on the counter. "One Prize Ticket from Splashmother's Landing!"
She debated saying more, maybe making some casual conversation, but Booth Bethany was no doubt going to be busy. Still, with any luck, she'd be back here many times. "Thank you! I'll be back, for sure!" |

Tyson had been waiting in the virtual queue for not actually that long, but now it was finally his turn to redeem the prize ticket he won in a potentially traumatic experience in Midas Rush: Golden Parkour. "Hello," he greeted Booth Bethany, "I have a ticket from the Midas Rush game that I would like to redeem."
After their ticket had been scanned, redeemed, or whatever the right word was, Tyson would patiently wait for that loot crate they were supposed to get from this. In their mind, they imagined how stupid their "victory" must've looked to the other Midas Rush players, and they wondered how they even won that ticket in the first place. Did jumping off a cliff and splatting against the temple floor count as saving the treasure? Apparently it did. |

Constance didn't see the appeal of cutesy colorful moe anime girls much. And honestly found Bethany annoying. Yet, still. It didn't stop him from getting in line to obtain his rewards. As the line went on, the young man thought about playing Unovr again after his several months long hiatus. Itching to get back into the game. Even thinking about vtubing again if the streaming ban is ever lifted. Before he knew it it was his turn as he handed his ticket with a barely disguised frown. "Hello. I have a ticket I'd like to redeem from the Midas Rush game." |

Brianna would not stop squealing at him. He'd tried to hand the ticket off to her, since she was so excited about it, but it been printed off with his username on it. Maybe so kids couldn't steal them from each other.
He glanced back towards Bria from his spot in the line, who- who was chatting to that guy with the hair again. Who was he, and why did Bria know him? He would have to find out. Hopefully before anything happened.
But the line scuffled forward, and Tarou was finally at the front. "Ah- thank you." He said, offering both ticket and having his UNOVRCon app pulled up. In case she needed tht. He had no idea.

He did not need VR to tell him what he already knew.
Regardless, he heads over to the prize exchange — a little antsy, a lot excited as he lines up to meet the event-exclusive Booth Bethany. There’s already quite a few folks who have won, and he wonders how many would be making repeats throughout the event. There is always that one player. His younger sister, Mon, was one of them, and he ruminates on those years spent watching her clear out the Timezone prize wall with her hoards of tickets.
When it’s his turn, he hands his ticket and con pass over with a smile. “Hello, I’d like to redeem this. It’s from Splashmother’s Landing?”

There were actually first aid attendants nearby the Midas Rush mini game booth, because even if the game was age restricted to avoid mental trauma, the mental trauma still fucking hurt. He wasn't the only one who had to take a seat and waitttttt itttt outttt just a little bit, for a little while, because his legs felt like jelly even if there was no physical fatigue, and he couldn't stop bouncing his knee. That last life somehow managed to be the lucky break he was looking for though, and he remembered shouting in joy when the game actually gave a "You won!" instead of a "You died!"
Well, he certainly never wanted to do that again. Eventually, he hobbled his way to the prize booth counter, thinking that future him should thank him for all the hard work he had to put into this. There was a bit of a line (was he just plain unlucky?) but eventually it was his turn, and he tried to be very normal and gentle about presenting the ticket. Was his lip twitching ever so slightly? Maybe.

Stuck in the growing line and being hounded by children (there was one clinging to his back, two on his shoulders, one on each leg, and another one attempting to yank out his tail), the mascot displayed incredible fortitude as he waited, flailing only with mild homicidal tendency.
When he reached the front desk, an arm stuck out from his beak, slamming down the ticket and con pass.
“Redeem this. Now,” the creature lying inside him growled, green eyes flashing in the shadow of his gullet as a child screamed into Moltres' nonexistent ear hole.

Pace bombards the prize exchange like a missile, albeit a missile that waits patiently in line like a regular citizen. Patiently herein refers to "incessant leg jiggling and watching the line like it might fade away", because Pace rarely won stuff. He'd gotten through that whole temple of terrors without winning a single thing, or even getting to the keep the fake necklace he'd plundered - sad! But he did, at least, get a loot box from the escape room.
"Ticket to redeem!" He leans against the desk as he hands it over, forever unaware of how intruding he can be.

The line was far more orderly, though, which was nice. Kasey mostly prodded at the phone while they waited. How did... normal friendships work? How long should they wait after meeting someone in person to friend their social media accounts? Instantly- did that come off as desperate? Did waiting a few days look like they didn't care?
It had been years since Kasey had made a friend, and their current real life friends were- not exactly typical.
But that- was a problem for later. Maybe. Kasey got to the front, and offered Booth Bethany their winning ticket. "Um, thank you!"

She makes a beeline for the prize exchange booth, ignoring any and all con-goers around her. She's a woman on a mission. "Oh, hello" She gives the young woman at the booth one of her saccharine smiles — one of hundreds that she has given at this con so far. A winning ticket is held up by a hand clad in an opera glove of the softest crimson velvet. "Would you be a dear and redeem this for me, hon?"

Rose was so excited to win an award at the minigames that she had practically forgotten that she actually needed to redeem the little ticket at the booth!
She waited in line impatiently, dancing back and forth on her feet before eventually arriving at the front and holding her ticket out eagerly. "Helllo there Bethany! I'm Rose!" She exclaimed excitedly, gently placing it on the booth, and placing her con pass shortly afterward.
"Ooh, I can't wait to see what I get! Last time, I got some really cool armor for Winnie, so I hope I get something cool for my other friends!"

Angeo blinked at the innocent little ticket in his hand. 2 prizes over the course of 4 days was not bad! He honestly hadn't expected to win anything during this event, and after the — trials, predominantly Finn-related ones, it was a much-needed mood lifter. He was excited to find out what he got this time.
“Hello again,” he greeted Bethany as he reached the front of the line, already knowing to have his con pass and ticket ready for processing. “Got another one! This one’s from Gamma Island Snap. Thank you.”

In a bit of an unexpected turn of events, participating in a randomised game had actually resulted in winning a prize. Immediately, actually. One spin of the wheel is all it had taken, and while Yuze's expression lacks in any emotion when stepping towards the virtual prize booth, it's with amusement that the probability of this outcome is calculated in Vera's mind. Unexpected things like these are always fun. What he assumes to be an NPC tends to the booth, and of course, as should only be expected, Yuze simply hands her the ticket: no smiles, no greetings, no explanations — nothing at all.Well, maybe one simple explanation: "It's from the Wheel of Fortune."
