[ti]closed[/ti][S][C/Cola] Earn Your Wings

Great, where the hell did Cola get himself now?! This wasn't any kind of area that he recognized. The boy had just had a streak of wandering around and somehow ended up inside of what appeared as some kind of city or something. Except everything was decrepit, abandoned old city. Nothing around him seemed like it had been in working shape for a couple of years or so. "What a weird city." Cola said as he kept his eyes across the horizon of the area for anything that stood out.

As if on cue, three large shapes made themselves known inside of the area as their shadows crawled over the concrete jungle. It caught Cola's eyes while the Squirtle by him quickly stepped behind the man to hide away from the shapes that were above them. "What the?" he said, shielding his eyes from the sun to make out what was flying across the skies above him. There was some type of bird flying about, with two other insect-like shapes that had been tailing behind it. "Well, you don't see that every day."

Cola felt a gnawing piece of dread start making itself known once the small trio of silhouettes in the sky had began to descend towards his location. Maybe Wavecrest suddenly had a reason to be afraid in this scenario! He did considering diving to the side and trying to hide in any of the nearby decaying buildings that were nearby. He didn't know how realstic the pain would be in a simulation such as this one, and it was better than it be put off for as long as possible. Yet all that changed when he recognized the smaller blonde shape riding on the back of the bird Pokemon that had lowered itself enough to make its rider known!

"Josh?" Cola asked, his expression lighting up at the familiar sight of the other boy. "Where did you come from? Where are we?" He asked, though Josh's own question caused him to take pause. Before he could answer, a strange voice came from around the both of them that made the taller man jump in surprise. That voice didn't sound human! It was English, but the tone sounded inhuman! Gazing up at him as the Ninjask that had a saddle on its back. It hadn't been something that Cola had expected, granted this game seemed to have surprises around every corner. But Cola looked at the Ninjask in awe. "Did...Did you just talk? Pokemon can do that?" he asked, though recalled his manners after a while. "Ah, It's nice to meet you, Mirage. I'm Cola."

Talking Pokemon, what would be next? "You said something about a Skarmory? Do people come all this way here to really find one? Are they really rare or something?"
