Known to the locals by many names, Cerulean Street is decorated with long planter boxes filled with colorful flowers, and the citizens of [SETTLEMENT] are proud of the splashes of color they bring to the otherwise dark and dusty settlement. Black roses, red roses, carnations, peonies, and of course assorted succulents. The flowering cacti have particular pride of place, and lend the seaside-adjacent street a distinctly Gothic/Western vibe.
