[ti]open[/ti]001. Ready set start!

After retrieving the newly dubbed Ramen from Dr. Bunya, it was time for Psyche to fiddle around with the game's controls some more. It took her a solid ten minutes to figure out how to look at her mini-map (in spite of a few notifications from the game that told her how to do just that which she ignored). While doing so, she just stood there outside the lab in the starting town, while Ramen got progressively more and more bored.

"I think I've almost got it this time, I swear. We'll set off for real soon."

<Really?> Ramen went from perching on Psyche's shoulder to just hanging off of it, laying limp.

"Wait, no, that's not right..." She'd opened the inventory menu instead.

<Let's just ask someone for help, shouldn't we?!>

With a big sigh, Psyche had to agree. She took a few slow steps forward and looked around the starting town. There were quite a few players around, but she wasn't sure if anyone would answer her. Swallowing her pride, she gave a quick wave and called out.

"Hello, can anyone help me?"

Unbeknownst to Psyche, who had already proven her ineptitude with video games, this had automatically sent out a request for another player to join her first tutorial quest.
