OUT OF THE GAME Robyn was born on December 18th during a cold winter night in London, and he has a younger brother who is 10 years old. Robyn was homeschooled, contributing to a somewhat lonely upbringing. However, he shares a typical sibling bond with his younger brother, engaging in playful banter and occasional fights over the pettiest of things, there is a rivalry between the two over who is the best at certain video games. Despite their differences, there's a deep and affectionate connection between them, and they often find common ground through shared interests like video games and graphic novels that they find they both enjoy. The playful dynamic with his brother serves as a source of both amusement and occasional annoyance for the family. Despite their differences, Robyn's protective instincts kick in when it comes to his younger brother, creating a unique balance between mischief and genuine care. He had limited interaction with peers, leading to the development of online friendships through the video games he played. At the age of 6, he was introduced to Pokémon through later seasons of the TV show; he started playing Pokémon Yellow and watched from the Indigo League onwards. Participates in the Pokémon Trading Card Game at a local card shop and since the age of 14 has excelled in Competitive Pokémon tournaments, winning two years in a row. He has developed an ego about his Pokémon knowledge due to tournament victories. His father works as a software engineer, and the family moved to Japan due to his father's job. Despite being homeschooled, Robyn transitioned to attending college at the age of 18 after the family's move to Japan. The college environment introduces new challenges and opportunities for Robyn, allowing him to further explore his interests and broaden his social circle. In college, Robyn struggles to fit in because of the language barrier only knowing the odd word here and there that he had managed to pick up, he meets a young man named Hiro who takes him under his wing and teaches him basic phrases to get by with. Eventually, the two become friends, Robyn teaching Hiro English while Hiro teaches Japanese. They initially bond over their love for Pokémon, attending local tournaments together and forming a strong friendship. Over time, their shared interest in competitive Pokémon gaming leads them to become virtual rivals in an online Pokémon battle game. The friendly rivalry intensifies as they challenge each other in battles, pushing their skills to new heights. Hiro's friendship and rivalry provide Robyn with a new and exciting dimension to his college experience. The competitive nature of their virtual battles fuels Robyn's determination to prove himself as the better Pokémon trainer. While their rivalry is intense in the gaming world, it strengthens their friendship in real life, creating a unique bond between them. During a high-stakes Pokémon tournament, Hiro manages to overthrow Robyn in a surprising and intense battle. This unexpected defeat deals a significant blow to Robyn's ego, challenging his perception of his Pokémon mastery. The loss sparks a determination in Robyn, hearing about a new Virtual reality headset that is releasing alongside a Pokémon game named UnoVR. He challenges Hiro to see who will be the better trainer on an even playing field. Robyn is the enthusiastic sort, always finding something to be excited and happy about and usually always looking on the bright side of things rather than the negatives. At parties, he will likely be a social butterfly and can hold a conversation pretty well once he is comfortable around people. He tends to enjoy life to the fullest capacity and tends to just ooze self-confidence especially when it comes to the pictures he takes of Pokémon. He adores what he does and if it makes his clients and others happy then it fills him with pride in his work. Robyn is the kind of guy that once with a goal in mind, will stop at nothing to accomplish that goal. Whether that be with deadlines coming up or making sure his Pokemon and belongings are in tip-top condition. He is even willing to put off sleep to finish anything he is doing. He is always looking to reach the top and take even better shots to attract new clients towards his business by handing out flyers and putting up new offers to garner attention. Posting on social media sites like Beldumblr, Farfetch'dbook and a few others. Sometimes Robyn can let his emotions get the better of him and is very expressive when it comes to his emotions often coming off as high energy and beaming with confidence in the things he does, however, it is far from the truth. He has a very warm and inviting nature which leads him to make friends rather easily despite being a ball of anxiety deep down. Once he gets used to people he gradually becomes more open about himself and will talk about himself more. There are times when he can be a bit snappy if something or someone annoys him but he will profusely apologize if he has upset someone or is in the wrong. He is a cinnamon roll with a heart of gold that isn't afraid to cry and let positive and negative emotions show-- especially on the off day when things don't seem to be going his way. Robyn is thankful for everything that he has ever had in life and continues to be grateful for everything he receives as he would never want to come off as ungrateful for anything. He will always grin and find uses for things he is given or eat leftover food because he doesn't like wasting things that could potentially be used more -- Unless it's bad or unusable. Robyn will put his friends, family, and pokemon above himself because they mean everything to him and will do what he can to help them if they ever need anything. Robyn likes to keep an open mind about things, he'll always listen to others' opinions about subjects before forming his own opinion on them. It makes him a good listener and someone who will keep hold of things that people tell him. Since finding out about his sexuality and that he was attracted to all genders, seeing as how over the years, he's liked people for their personality and traits and that the gender of the person doesn't matter to him. It takes a lot for Robyn to begin judging someone for their choices in life, well within reason but generally, he likes to keep an open mind about people before deciding if he likes them or not. Enjoys reading, and playing pranks on others, his favorite animals are foxes, Red Pandas and gerbils. Dislikes tarantulas but is intrigued by jumping spiders. Has a fear of rats, and doesn't like their tails.

INSIDE THE GAME Inside the game, Robyn is known as Rinoa who is usually always happy and looks on the bright side of things, rather than focusing on the negatives. No matter what happens, she will try to smile and do whatever she can to make those closest to her feel happy or cheer up if they are in a sour mood. She always looks forward to what the future could bring and is excited about what adventures every day will bring. She is a very social person and loves to talk about just anything. Rinoa often likes to take paths that people usually wouldn't when travelling through routes and cities, even to the point of getting herself lost at times and relying on her Pokemon to get her out of situations and back to safety. She is open to trying things that she wouldn't usually do, anything that gets her feeling excited and on edge, things that will give her a rush of adrenaline. She is one to jump into situations without much thought, which can lead to some silly and possibly dangerous things happening. She can be rash with her actions and say things without a second thought. Rinoa likes to put things bluntly rather than mask what she thinks. She can be loud and boisterous, wanting her voice to be heard loud and clear, which often leads to her talking over others when that's not her intention at all. She will apologize if she is too loud and rowdy. She seemingly has endless energy and is always wanting to do something as she can become fed up and impatient rather quickly. Her mind is usually racing, and it is difficult for her to slow down and relax when she is usually busy with Pokémon Training. Rinoa can be described as somewhat childish, she gets excited by things like books and figures of favorite characters from the anime she watches or the manga she reads. She even enjoys sweets quite often and has quite a sweet tooth for things like cookies, ice cream, pancakes and chocolate. She is often found chewing bubblegum and playing video games whenever she has spare time. She carries around a small handheld console and a few games like The World Ends With Mew and Octillary-path Traveller.
